Winemaker's Notes

A  deep ruby wine with hits of white pepper and wild black licorice. Once the wine hits your palate you a get a bright strawberry and ripe raspberry taste.  The fruity wine finishes with a smoky black pepper that lingers even after it's gone. This wine will be ready to tell stories for years to come.

Oak: French and Hungarian PH 3.58, Total Acidity 6.5 g/L, Alcohol 14.7% 

 Aromatic notes of ripe strawberries and fresh flowers. With a slightly dry acidity, this wine could be enjoyed on a hot summer day and pairs well with spicy food.

Fruit forward with hints of cherry, blackberry, and raspberry. It is balanced with rich silky tannins of spice.
